I’m Gaurav Rai, and my journey has been a mix of challenges, resilience, and growth. Starting out in Computer Science & Engineering from Tamil Nadu,
I never imagined the path I’d end up taking.In 2017, I kicked things off by working as a mathematics trainer for IIT-JEE aspirants in Andhra Pradesh. Teaching was rewarding, but I knew my ambitions lay elsewhere. In 2018, I made a bold move to Lucknow, diving headfirst into real estate. I started as a consultant, helping people find homes and invest wisely. It was a big shift, but I was hooked. Over the next three years, I generated over 20 crores in sales—an achievement that taught me so much about people and business.
Then, in 2021, I decided to launch my own project—a housing venture with 15 houses in Lucknow. This experience taught me the ropes of handling big projects, and soon I was ready for a new challenge. That’s when I co-founded Parivridhi. We started in Lucknow with a simple goal: to empower businesses in various sectors through digital marketing and software solutions. Whether it’s e-commerce, real estate, or any other service business, Parivridhi helps businesses grow and succeed in the digital world. However, the road wasn’t smooth. I faced numerous setbacks, made losses in real estate, and struggled with e-commerce projects. But each failure became a lesson, shaping me into a better entrepreneur. Working with over 1,000 startup founders has been one of my greatest experiences, giving me insights and honing my skills in marketing and sales.Today, looking back, I realize that every high and low was worth it. I’ve built something meaningful and learned valuable lessons along the way. This journey, while challenging, has been nothing short of rewarding, and it drives me forward every day.
